Buyer on Sunday indicated they liked the home and the yard, but complained about the needed work. Set up a reach out to offer repairs prior to purchase. Hopefully reengaging the buyer and producing an offer. On top of this I have RC Willey coming to do a carpet quote to just get the numbers.
We are running ads and having a constant follow up with the agents who indicated their buyers interest in the property. We are planning an open house on the last week of May.
